THE SCOPE

We partnered with FuelWarden to launch a conversion-focused NIL campaign, leveraging college athletes to drive app signups and build brand credibility in the competitive sports performance tracking market. This pilot campaign tested athlete-driven acquisition as a scalable growth channel.

THE PROBLEM

FuelWarden needed to acquire new users cost-effectively while building social proof through authentic athlete endorsements. Traditional user acquisition channels were expensive, and the brand required credible voices to demonstrate the app's value to their target demographic. Their goal: generate measurable signups through athlete influence while keeping cost-per-acquisition competitive.

OUR SOLUTION

We activated 5 strategically selected college athletes across multiple sports, implementing a performance-based payment structure that aligned athlete incentives with FuelWarden's conversion goals. Athletes created authentic video testimonials and story posts showcasing their genuine experience with the app, with bonus payments tied directly to signup performance. This structure motivated athletes to promote their content actively while ensuring FuelWarden only paid premium rates for proven results.

FuelWarden gained 5 high-quality video testimonials for their website and social channels, with content generating 60,000+ total impressions. The proven model has positioned FuelWarden to scale their NIL campaigns in 2026.
